Puppy purchase application

To be considered for purchase, you must:

Be able and willing to spend the time and money necessary to provide medical treatment and proper care of your Cardigan for its lifetime (12+ years).

Intend to provide a lifelong home, even if that means that you will need to make choices about pet-friendly rentals, job applications, and so on.

Be 18 years of age or older.

If you are approved, you will be contacted with more information so that you can get to know the babies and their personalities. Applicants must live within the United States, and out-of-state applicants must be willing to either travel to New England to pick up your baby or have the puppy shipped at your expense.

Note: Completion of this application does not guarantee purchase of an animal.

Puppy purchase includes...

1. AKC registration

2. Microchipping or other permanent ID, as well as lifetime registration

3. First shot (and, if the puppy is older than 12 weeks, the second)

4. Worming every two weeks from birth

5. Vet check (hearts, eyes, ears, general condition)

6. Three-day anything-goes-no-questions-asked return policy and three-year genetic health warranty

7. 24/7 support for ANY REASON FOR THE LIFE OF THE DOG; you will get our cell phone numbers and we really do mean it. If you need to talk to us at 3:00 AM you should not hesitate.
