Thank you so much for your interest in one of our Cardigan Welsh Corgi puppies. Our first priority, as breeders, is to place each of our puppies in the best possible home for it. One of the biggest blessings in our lives is watching our Cardigan babies thriving, our puppy buyers become good friends, and our yearly reunions fill up with happy dogs and families.

The applications downloaded below are PDFs with forms, designed to be filled out and then saved to your desktop as a PDF (and attached in an email to us), but we understand that not all of you will have the ability to fill it out using Acrobat Reader. If it’s easier, simply copy-paste the application into a Word or text document, or even into an e-mail. Fill in your answers and return them to us.

We do our best to respond to completed applications quickly, but please understand that sometimes life – and puppies- gets crazy and emails are lost. If you haven’t heard from us in a week or two, just drop us a line.

We will let you know as soon as possible if it looks like there will be a puppy for you in a litter. We take deposits when puppies are 1-2 weeks old and are thriving. However, we do not make the final determinations as to which puppy goes home with which family until temperament, performance, and show evaluations at 7-8 weeks old.

A special note on adult and senior dogs:

We frequently get requests to adopt a retiring adult Cardigan or older Cardigan puppy. However, we’re happy to say that we rarely have retiring dogs looking for new homes, because our system of co-ownership allows us to keep our numbers under control and let the girls retire in our homes, where they have spent their lives.

We very occasionally have a mature (typically 3-5 years old) retiree who would be happier elsewhere because of a personality conflict with a sibling or auntie; if you’d be interested in that sort of placement, please let us know. We love it when people are open to adult dogs, and we encourage you to consider the Cardigan Welsh Corgi National Rescue Trust if we do not have anything available.
